    AT&T Store #1305 and Store#1332

    I have never received such SUPERB customer service, Brendon Bowlds and Nike Conway went above and beyond to get us in and out as quickly as possible.  There were other customers and they truly focused on my issue and made me feel like an important customer.  This is the REASON we are switching from Verizon is the customer service AT&T has!!   These guys are exceptional!!!

    Malcolm Harris and store manager, Mario Hernandez provided excellent customer service during my visit on Friday, 4/8/16.  Both were professional and friendly and gave over the top effort in trying to resolve my Iphone issue.  I really felt like the only person in the store!  I even got a free tablet before leaving!  This kind of service makes me a long time and very happy AT&T customer!

    I highly recommend these guys and their store! You will be SO glad you found them!

    Just had an occasion to visit the Illinois Road location in Fort Wayne, and was waited on by Kendal Hampton.  She was very competent and most helpful.   Great personality.  I could not have been happier with the service.

    I just bought a new Iphone st Batavia AT&T store. Kevin was so helpful and nice to work with. What a great employee you have.

    This is turning into a nightmare of monumental proportions, I was recently (Sept 10) in one of your stores was helped from some guy named MIke Fritz, he sold me a AT&T tablet, this was the beginning of what has become a real pain. I returned the tablet because A&T does not work in Yellowstone, ok no big deal but when I returned it he did not know what to proceed this process. After many calls to his manager he managed to return the table but could not cancel my contract, now I am being billed for a full two months of service and an early termination fee of which I should have neither since I ported my number back to VERIZON returned to tablet and I brought my own phone. Now AT&T says I owe this money when i have a RECIEPT of these returns and cancelling the contract. Jaquelynn Lancaster, the store manager says sh will take care of it and here we are almost 3 weeks later and she hsnt done a thing. Ive called AT&T and they still say they have heard NOTHING from SPRING MOBILE. 

     

    If anyone uses this subsidiary BEWARE, they are dumber then dogshit.

    I have purchased merchandise from an ATT location in which had to be returned with in the two week return policy the method of pavement was swipe my Visa card upon returning the item it is taking a long amount of time for my card to be refunded the The funds that were used to purchase the returned item from the AT&T location who can I call or notify as to the problem I am having now?

    I recently visited the Bealeton VA AT&T store to purchase two new phones for my wife and I. David McCoy and Josh George (2) honestly made this the best visit I have ever had with a wireless company. I have had many other wireless providers before and every single store had horrible customer service. I purchased a Galaxy S7 Edge and ordered an IPhone 7 Plus for my wife and brought home her free iPad, but after she saw my new Galaxy S7 Edge (plus 3 other bags of samsung gear!!) she quickly changed her mind. I called David and Josh the following day and was expecting them to HATE me for all of the extra work it would cause them, instead they said "no problem just bring in the iPad and we can get started switching everything over" I couldn't believe it!! When I walked into the store again I was expecting this to turn into a very bad situation but we laughed about it and they both began to work on switching everything over for us I walked out of the store with my wife's new Galaxy S7 Edge ( along with a ton of other fun new toys) and we are very happy customers. Thank you David and Josh for your excellent customer service and professionalism, keep up the good work!! Chris B.

    Thursday my cell phone was damaged. I went to the AT&T store at 5644 Geary Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94121. I was helped by a young man Named Robert Schumanlll. He entered a Insurance claim for a new Iphone. The very next day I had a new cell phone. I took it back to the store as instructed. Again Robert Schumanlll assisted me in the set up the new phone and the transfer of data. He was very knowledgeable and through. You can't have a better employee.
